What you do in the morning can determine how you whole day can pan out. If you wake up feeling rushed and not completely ready to face the world , you can feel like that for the entire day. So here are some tips so you will be ready to seize the day and sooner.
1. Put alarm clock across the room
Actually getting out of bed will aid in getting out of the door quicker. Hitting the snooze button can lead to rushing which can lead to missing steps, and not feeling prepared to fully conquer your day. Walking across the room to turn off the alarm assures that you are fully up.
2. Play upbeat music
Playing something upbeat can help fully wake you up and brighten your mood for the day. I personally don’t like listening to music in the morning because I like feeling in a state of peace, but there’s nothing wrong with a little dropping it like it’s hot in the morning if that’s your more your speed.
3. Have outfit pick out night before
You go to pick out the perfect pant with the perfect shirt, decide on heels or flats and before you know it 30 minutes have gone by. Now you’re back in the rush. This is why you should pick out your outfit the night before, but don’t just pick out clothes night before try them on especially if you haven’t worn a garment in a couples of months. You do not want to have the perfect outfit in mind and find out the morning of that you can not fit it.
4. Prepare your breakfast the night before
Not knowing what you are going to eat or have time to prepare what you what to eat can cause you to skip breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day.
5. Cut back on beauty regimen
